Are you ready for a change? HIIT is designed to help participants achieve superior fat loss while maintaining muscle. This class alternates between short periods of cardio exercise with less intense recovery periods. You will improve your athletic capacity and condition, improve glucose metabolism and improve fat burning. Bring your own hand weights.

Teens! Join us every Friday afternoon for video games on the Xbox One and Wii! Games include Rocket League, Mine Craft, Call of Duty: Black Ops III, Naruto Ultimate Storm 4, Halo, Super Smash Bros, Mario Kart, Madden, NBA 2K, FIFA, and more! Open to 7th through 12th graders.

Join us for another session of gentle yoga! These free classes are designed for all ages, abilities, and skill levels. Bring a yoga mat and water to drink. Please arrive at least five minutes early to the first class.
