Ambassador Carmen Lomellin, U.S. representative to the Organization of American States, discusses the importance of other American nations to the United States and economic opportunities in the Western Hemisphere.
Lomellin has been executive secretary of the OAS Inter-American Commission of Women. She is past director of the Private Industry Council of Chicago and was the White House liaison for the U.S. Office of Personnel Management during the Clinton administration.
