Bach Aria Soloists

The Bach Aria Soloists presents Notes & Letters: The Music and Words of Master Composers at 7:30 p.m., Saturday, March 7, at the Central Library, 14 W. 10th St.

The performance will include Artistic Director/violinist Elizabeth Suh Lane, soprano Rebecca Lloyd, and guests Beau Bledsoe on guitar and Jane Solose on harpsichord.

The performance will feature a “Notes & Letters” theme with highlights including Bach’s Sonata for Violin and Basso Continuo in E minor; Kreisler duos for violin and guitar, arranged by Bledsoe; baroque jewels by Purcell; Couperin and Rameau for harpsichord; and Manuel de Falla’s “Le Tombeau de Debussy” for guitar.

The program will also feature veteran stage actor and baritone Robert Brand in dramatic readings of letters by composers surrounding the program.
