Celebration of the 50th Anniversary of the Great March on Washington DC

Join us as we commemorate one of the landmark events in the civil rights movement. Library staff will lead a march around the block carrying signs representative of those seen in 1963. Following the March, the documentary Brother Outsider: The Life of Bayard Rustin will be shown.

Library staff will lead a march around the block carrying signs representative of those seen in 1963.

Following the March, the documentary Brother Outsider: The Life of Bayard Rustin will be shown. Rustin was the sole organizer of The Great March on Washington.
