The award-winning Up-To-Date program on KCUR 89.3 FM will broadcast a live debate featuring all of the candidates running for mayor of Kansas City, Missouri. At the request of KCUR, the venue for the debate has changed to the Plaza Branch, 4801 Main St. The primary debate will be held just one day before the city votes to determine which two candidates will compete in a runoff election on March 22. Steve Kraske, the show’s host and a political columnist for The Kansas City Star, will guide the debate and ask the candidates their thoughts and opinions on topics critical to the success of Kansas City’s future.
