In this comedy the first woman appointed to the Supreme Court (Jill Clayburgh) finds herself tangling with sexism and becomes a friendly rival to a liberal associate (Walter Matthau). This title is recommended for adult audiences only.

In honor of its new event series on the Supreme Court and former Justice Sandra Day O’Connor's appearance, the Kansas City Public Library is offering Order in the Court!, a series of courtroom movies. The films screen on Saturdays at 1:30 p.m. throughout June 2013 in the Stanley H. Durwood Film Vault at the Central Library, 14 W. 10th St. Admission is free.
