Health Fair

All ages are welcome to attend this Mini-Health Fair. Free services include: Ask-A-Doctor, Glucose Screening, Glaucoma Screening, Children Vision Screenings (6 months to 6 years) and Posture Balance Screening. Services provided by Cleveland Chiropractic College, Missouri Lions Club and Truman Medical Center.
