Celebrate what would have been the 99th birthday of Milton Friedman when John Fund, political columnist for The Wall Street Journal, assesses the legacy of the late Nobel Prize-winning economist and champion of capitalism. Friedman was widely regarded as the leader of the Chicago School of monetary economics. His landmark work, Capitalism and Freedom, was published in 1962.
