Author Stephen Molton discusses his new book Brothers in Arms: The Kennedys, the Castros, and the Politics of Murder on Wednesday, February 25, at 6:30 p.m. at the Central Library, 14 W. 10th St.

Using reporting and interviews with long-silent sources, Molton and co-author Gus Russo offer a detailed look at the parallel sibling relationships between John and Robert Kennedy and Fidel and Raul Castro, and the disastrous consequences of the blood feud that arose between them in the early 1960s.

Molton’s appearance is co-sponsored by Barnes & Noble on the Plaza. Brothers in Arms will be available for sale, and the author will sign copies purchased during the event.

A 6 p.m. reception precedes the event. Admission is free. Click here or call 816.701.3407 to RSVP. Free parking is available in the Library District Parking Garage at 10th and Baltimore.
