Teens and Money
All Library locations will be closed on Saturday, July 4 in observance of Independence Day.
This class provides basic money definitions and an introduction to financial planning for teens ages 13-17. It covers basic financial concepts, including goal setting, budgeting, saving, and the the time value of money.
The Kansas City Public Library is hosting Money Smart Month programs across multiple Library locations during April 2014.
The Library will waive up to $30 in overdue fines and fees for any Kansas City Public Library cardholder who attends one or more of these Money Smart Month events.
