The Kansas City Public Library hosts a weekend of singing, dancing, theatre, magic, fashion and lots of fun each July in celebration of YOUth Fringe.
All activities are free and take place Saturday, July 21, and Sunday, July 22, at the Plaza Branch, 4801 Main St.
