Jumpstart your "G" Tree-Genealogy Speaking! will be a workshop to help direct beginners and people who have a general idea of what they want to search for regarding their family tree. There will be a few laptops available as well as handouts to track and organize research. If you want to bring your own laptop, that will be fine.

This is an extension of the Walk On 1 class. Participants will follow Leslie's DVD in a 2 mile walking workout that builds strength, endurance and flexibility, while boosting energy levels and super-charging your upper and lower body. This class is free and open to the public.
You can start on the road to better health with Stay Strong-Stay Healthy, an eight week strength training program offered by MU Extension. The evidence-based program is a series of simple, strength-building exercises that will improve balance, health and state of mind. It's not strenuous weight lifting, rather, everyone starts at a level that is right for them. No one is too inactive to participate. In fact, strength-building activities promote quality of life and independence, especially for adults over age 60.
