Taking Back Your Power - The Holiday Series

Session 2: Learn to reclaim your power and heal from a negative family history

Holidays are synonymous with family drama for most people. It can be the funny drunk uncle (who has always been a little too touchy-feely), the overbearing mother (who is full of criticism of you and yours), the sibling that seems to have a perfect life (and you could never measure up) - just to name a few of the dysfunctional types. Most people have a least one of these in their life, if not more. The Intentional Woman is ready to share with you the number one secret to reclaiming your power over a negative family history. Once you hear it, you will be transformed!

Please feel free to bring a lunch to this event. We will also be broadcasting live on facebook!

Other sessions in this series:
Session 1: Proven tools for overcoming depression and anxiety during this holiday season
Session 3: Turn your new power into purpose for the new year
Session 4: Discover how to use the power of believing to create and live your new life in 2018
