Flip the Script reads fiction and nonfiction through a critical lens, examining themes of feminism, racism, classism, and other systemic inequalities.

Attain better posture, increase flexibility in the lower back and improve digestion. Classes will begin with a dynamic stretching warm up. Participants will need to be able to perform floor exercises. Bring a mat.
