Are you ready for a change? HIIT is designed to help participants achieve superior fat loss while maintaining muscle. This class alternates between short periods of cardio exercise with less intense recovery periods. You will improve your athletic capacity and condition, improve glucose metabolism and improve fat burning. Bring your own hand weights.

In class you will learn basic English skills: reading, writing, and conversation. No fee or books required.

Don't worry about the weather. Come walk a mile in the comfort of air conditioning. Participants will follow Leslie Sansone DVDs to start their weight loss journey with a gentle paced 1 mile beginner walk program. Participants will increase their heart rate with low impact moves.

Learn basic vocabulary, grammar, and usage. Gain confidence in using English in your daily life.

ABsolutely Amazing Abs goes beyond getting a flat belly or a six-pack of abs. There are several benefits associated with abdominal exercises. Attain better posture, increase flexibility in the lower back and improve digestion. Classes will begin with a dynamic stretching warm up. Participants will need to be able to perform floor exercises. Bring a mat.
