This is an extension of the Walk On 1 class. Participants will follow Leslie's DVD in a 2 mile walking workout that builds strength, endurance and flexibility, while boosting energy levels and super-charging your upper and lower body. This class is free and open to the public.

Stay on the road to better health with Stay Strong Stay Healthy Level 2, an 8 week strength training program offered by MU Extension. This month we're celebrating adventure, from electrifying expeditions to science fiction favorites and everything in between. Join us at 1 PM on Wednesdays in the Vault to experience action-packed movies sure to have you at the edge of your seat.
