Teens in the Kitchen at Southeast Branch of the Kansas City Public Library on July 11th, 18th,25th, & August 1st . The cooking starts at noon and goes until 2 pm. Of course you get to eat your creations.
Limited to 15 teens.

In class you will learn basic English skills: grammar, listening, speaking, pronunciation, reading, and conversation. No fee or books required.

Get fit fast with walking routines modeled after Leslie Sansone walking DVDs.
This is an extension of the Walk On 1 class. Participants will follow a 2 mile walking workout that builds strength, endurance and flexibility, while boosting energy levels and super-charging your upper and lower body. This class is free and open to the public.

This 12-week course will help English language learners:
- Learn more about the English language
- Be more confident speaking, listening, and interacting
- Practice conversational English
