Are you ready for change? HIIT is designed to help participants achieve superior fat loss while maintaining muscle. This class alternates between short periods of cardio exercises with less intense recovery periods. You will improve your athletic capacity and condition, glucose metabolism and fat burning. Please bring your own hand weights.
Don't worry about the weather. Come walk a mile in the comfort of air conditioning. Participants will follow a walking routine that is modeled after the Leslie Sansone walking DVDs. This class is a gentle paced 1 mile beginner walk program. Participants will increase their heart rate with low impact moves no matter what the weather is like outside.

ABsolutely Amazing Abs goes beyond getting a flat belly or a six-pack of abs. There are several benefits associated with abdominal exercises. Attain better posture, increase flexibility in the lower back and improve digestion. Classes will begin with a dynamic stretching warm up. Participants will need to be able to perform floor exercises. Bring a mat.
