Get fit fast with walking routines modeled after Leslie Sansone walking DVDs.
This is an extension of the Walk On 1 class. Participants will follow a 2 mile walking workout that builds strength, endurance and flexibility, while boosting energy levels and super-charging your upper and lower body. This class is free and open to the public.

Friday Night Family Fun

After five weeks of drama classes the Young Actors Workshop participants in the need an audience.

Enjoy comedic and dramatic performances by children ages 3-17 taught by theatre instructor John Mulvey, who holds a Bachelor of Theatre Arts degree from Benedictine College in Atchison, Kansas.
