Glen Hansen specializes in art inspired by the architecture of cities like Paris, Prague, and Venice. Now he turns his pencils and brushes on Kansas City for a show featuring over 30 drawings and a half-dozen paintings of local buildings and their architectural and decorative details.

Hixon transformed the field of portrait photography in Kansas City and the surrounding region during a career that spanned more than seven decades. His studios—the first in the Brady Building at 11th and Main Streets, and the second just one block west in the Baltimore Hotel—welcomed thousands of patrons throughout the 1910s and 1920s.

Old Mother Hubbard loves her dog, and he loves her. In this comic poem, written in 1805, Old Mother Hubbard is always looking out for her best friend and in return he is dancing and spinning and sitting and standing all to the delight of Old Mother Hubbard. In a quaint old cottage the comedy of a dog and his master opens and unfolds to delight and captivate the story of this good old lady and her funny dog.

Cultural Crossroads presents "Hello, World". This program teaches words of greeting in different languages coupled with the expression of individual artistic ideas by decorating T-shirts as wearable art.

Designed to reach all ages, Kansas City Zoo Educators will share information about the animal kingdom and the Zoo in an effort to create a positive connection between your audience and wildlife. Presented with 3 animal ambassadors and touchable animal artifacts, audience members will get an up close opportunity to experience animals in new and memorable ways.
