Families who can't make it to the Library during the day can enjoy evening story times. We will read great books, and make music and crafts.
We provide stories and activities for children newborn to 18 months of age.
If you have a preschooler who is ready to enjoy fun stories, songs, and crafts, bring the little one to the Library.

Kids in the Kitchen is a fun, interactive and challenging way for students to learn about healthy cooking and eating. This free program uses a Harvesters educator to lead weekly, one-hour classes, and provides the food, cooking equipment and educational materials.

Bring toddlers ages 18-36 months for a 25 minute story time, followed by a fun craft in the Art Spot.
Dr. Mae Jemison, the world's first black female to fly on the space shuttle, and Bass Reeves, the first black United States Marshall, are just a few of the great African American pioneers you'll discover and explore in this musical tribute to those individuals and their accomplishments. Your guide for this interactive session is motivational storyteller and cultural historian Brother John.
