Compete against other teens on the Wii to duel on Super Smash Brawl, Mario Party, Mario Kart, and other Wii games. We'll also have an Xbox 360 system and board games available for when you're waiting for your turn. All game systems will be simultaneously in play until approximately 6:00 pm.

Among the speakers: Dawson Barrett, an assistant history professor at Del Mar College in Corpus Christi, Texas, whose book Teenage Rebels: Stories of Successful High School Activists from the Little Rock 9 to the Class of Tomorrow examines the policies and political struggles that have shaped the lives of high school students over the past century.

Just like the show, we are pitting cupcake vs. cupcake. Sign-up for this event and learn the basics of cake decorating with hands-on techniques. Compete in the cupcake decorating event or bring your own handmade cupcakes to decorate and compete for flavor and the sweetest prize.

In today’s world we are bombarded with information in many ways shapes and forms 24/7.
In this workshop students will explore the impact of media such as commercials, music and viral video. We will also discuss popular social media outlets such as Twitter and Facebook and how they impact popular culture. (This Workshop may be combined with the photography, video or graphic design workshops.)
