Bunny Watson (Katherine) heads a a major TV network. When Richard (Spencer) is sent in to observe the workings of the department arrives, everyone jumps to the conclusion firings are in the immediate future. Things start to steam up and it goes from there.

The fate of the world lies in the hands of a couple of truant air-guitar enthusiasts whose partnership is destined to bring about world peace.
