Teen EATS is a six-week class that opens up a whole new world of healthy and delicious food choices and empowers youth to choose wisely. Full of hands-on activities and fun learning opportunities, the program helps low-income teens look at health and nutrition in a new light. The class also includes discussion on media and self-esteem, and why we make the choices we do. Teens receive a free bag of groceries at each class.

All attendees will receive a certificate that can be redeemed for early (9:00 a.m.) admission and free gifts at the Entry Level Job & Resource Fair on Tuesday, June 28th, at the Jack Reardon Convention Center (520 Minnesota Av.) in Kansas City, Kansas.

Join us in this three week session to learn basic American Sign Language.

These classes will meet Wednesdays June 1, 8, & 15 at 6:30pm.

Instructor Sharon Brady taught at Oregon School for the Deaf and is currently a sign language interpreter with Blue Springs School District. She has taught Baby Signs and ASL for 19 years.
