Teen EATS is a six-week class that opens up a whole new world of healthy and delicious food choices and empowers youth to choose wisely. Full of hands-on activities and fun learning opportunities, the program helps low-income teens look at health and nutrition in a new light. The class also includes discussion on media and self-esteem, and why we make the choices we do. Teens receive a free bag of groceries at each class.
