How Do I Burn an Audio CD from MP3s?
- Start by inserting a new CD-R into the CD burner. (CD-RW format will not play in many CD players).
- You need to save downloaded MP3's under My Computer > My Documents > My Music. If you need a sample MP3, open up Internet Explorer and type into the address bar music.download.com. This will take you to Download.com where you can download song samples and some free MP3's. All MP3's must be downloaded from a legal source such as MSN Music, iTunes or Download.com.
- Find a song that you wish to download. When you click on 'Download Now', a dialog box will open. Click on 'Save'.
- Go to My Music. This folder is located under My Documents. Click 'Save'.

- When the song has finished downloading, click 'Close'.
- Close out Internet Explorer and any other open windows you may have.
- Open Windows Media Player by either clicking on the icon on your desktop or going to Start > All Programs > Windows Media Player.
- Click on the 'Library' tab and your MP3 should be listed. If it is not, see How to add downloaded MP3's to Windows Media Player Library.

- The burning process will take several minutes and when it is finished, the CD will eject. The CD should now play in most regular CD players and computers. Try to only use Sharpieâ„¢ brand markers to label the CD because some other types may damage the CD and make them unplayable.
