PIN change for your Account
To change your PIN, you must login to
My Account, and select the User PIN Change link on the My Account page. You must know your current PIN to make this change.
Forgotten PIN
If you don't recall your PIN, please call the Library at
816-701-3400, visit the circulation desk at your local branch for assistance or have your PIN sent to the email address listed in your library account by using the
Forgot your PIN form.
Address change
To change the address on your account, you must login to
My Account, and select the Change My Address link. Fill out the form and select the Send button.
