Friday Night Family Fun Presents Howl-O-Ween with The Kansas City Fine Arts Chorale

The Friday Night Family Fun series at the Kansas City Public Library welcomes back the Kansas City Fine Arts Chorale for a special Halloween-themed concert of spooky songs and stories on Friday, October 12, 2012, at 6:30 p.m. at the Plaza Branch, 4801 Main St.

Come dressed in your favorite costume and enjoy an interactive concert by The Fine Arts Chorale. The concert, which is designed for children of all ages, features Halloween characters and involves the audience with singing, and Halloween sounds. Stories include excerpts from "The ABCs of Halloween," "Dem Bones," and "There was an Old Lady Who Swallowed a Bat."

Celebrating its 39th season, the Chorale is committed to performing works rarely presented by other premiere arts groups, and continues to find and fill an important niche in the Kansas City music community.

Admission is free. Call 816.701.3407 or RSVP online.
