Life Coach Brenda M. Barrett Speaks at the L.H. Bluford Branch

Whether your goal is to rise to the top of your company, score straight A's in school, lose weight, buy your dream home or make a million dollars -- the principles and strategies are the same.

Life coach Brenda M. Barrett discusses a comprehensive approach to help individuals reach their goals with Set Yourself Free on Saturday, June 16, 2012, at 2 p.m. at the L.H. Bluford Branch, 3050 Prospect.

Her faith-based approach is aimed at self improvement by developing new habits for success, tapping the power of delegation, rewiring the brain by creating powerful personal affirmations, and establishing a compelling version of success in seven key areas.

Barrett is an author, speaker, and life coach based in Kansas City. She holds a B.A. and M.B.A. in business administration, and a Ph.D. in religious education. She is an instructor at Faith Bible College in Independence, co-chairs the Black Chamber of Commerce, and is the owner/operator of Life Coach Career Center.
