Online Payment System Privacy

The Kansas City Public Library offers users the ability to pay their fines and fees online. During the payment process, the user enters their name, credit card number, expiration-date and card security number into the online form. The data in this form is encrypted before being sent to the processing vendor. Credit card data is not retained by the Library.
