Library Director Crosby Kemper III interviews renowned Kansas City entrepreneur Gail Lozoff, marking the official start of the Library’s Kansas City—Cradle of Entrepreneurs series.
Lozoff is a third-generation entrepreneur whose innovation and creativity has positioned her as one of Kansas City’s most influential business persons of the past 30 years.
The co-founder of SPIN! Neapolitan Pizza, Lozoff is best known for creating Bagel & Bagel, a local chain she sold to Boston Market that eventually became Einstein Bros. Bagels.
