Mi-Ai Parrish took over leadership of The Kansas City Star in June 2011, after nearly five years as president and publisher the Idaho Statesman. Her career has included editorial roles at the Minneapolis Star Tribune, the San Francisco Chronicle, The Arizona Republic, and the Chicago Sun-Times. A native of New York City, Parrish holds a bachelor’s degree in journalism from the University of Maryland.
SYNOPSIS: Tom and Huck embark upon careers as treasure hunters only to find their efforts thwarted by superstition, magic, and the lack of an accurate timekeeping device. So they decide to move their prospecting efforts indoors to a haunted house in a valley behind Cardiff Hill.
