Erin Hunter [3] discusses the latest installment in her fantasy series Warriors, Power of Three: Eclipse on Monday, September 15, at 7 p.m. at the Plaza Branch, 4801 Main St.
The Warriors series follows the lives of a pack of feral cats on their path to greatness. It is known for its themes of power and betrayal, epic battles, noble heroes, and star-crossed romance.
In Power of Three: Eclipse, Lionpaw, Holly-paw, and Jaypaw are apprentices learning the ways of the ThunderClan. Unlike their fellow cats in training, they are the grandchildren of Firestar, and have a destiny that will affect the lives of all four Clans.
Erin Hunter is inspired by a love of cats and a fascination with the ferocity of the natural world. She lives in the United Kingdom. She is also the author of the Seekers series.
