Laura Lippman author of our 2013 Winter Reading selection, What the Dead Know, discusses her latest novel, And When She Was Good. Lippman was a reporter for twelve years at The Baltimore Sun, home of her "accidental PI" Tess Monaghan. She began writing the Tess Monaghan series while working fulltime and left daily journalism in 2001.
