Application for unemployment benefits in Kansas

Prepare to file for unemployment in Kansas with this Unemployment Insurance Checklist [1]. In Kansas, you may file a claim either online [2] or by phone (913-596-3500). The online system is available anytime, but you may only file by phone between 7:00 a.m.-7:00 p.m. Monday-Friday, and from 9:00 am.-7:00 p.m. on Saturday.
