From NOAA’s National Climatic Data Center, access Monthly Climatic Data for the World, Storm Data and Local Climatological Data. The LCD summarizes temperature, precipitation, wind speed and more for several hundred U.S. cities. Print copies of this data for Kansas City are kept at the Central Reference desk, going back through the 1930’s.
