Relax and rejuvenate your mind, body, and spirit with an hour of yoga on the downtown Central Library’s Rooftop Terrace—wrapping up your day with a workout in a unique, open-air setting. Lauren Leduc, founder and teacher at Kansas City’s Karma Tribe Yoga and the city’s best yoga instructor of 2016, as selected by readers of The Pitch, leads a class suitable for all skill levels.

Participants are asked to bring their own mats and water. Wind down afterward by browsing for a book or taking in the Central Library sights.
