Connect with the Library in KC's Parks
The Kansas City Public Library, Kansas City Parks and Recreation, and Kansas City Public Schools present the 2021 Pop In at the Park series.  Library staff members will be stationed in parks throughout the city on select days to provide summer learning opportunities and resources to families, connect people with key Library services, and more.
Pride Month

Read and Learn with Pride
Pride Month in June commemorates the Stonewall riots in New York's Greenwich Village, which ignited the gay rights movement in the United States in 1969. The Library celebrates with LGBTQIA+ book recommendations, highlights from past programs, film offerings, and other resources.
