This Westport branch program will focus on women's mental health, specifically, we will define what mental health is and why it is important and provide a list of resources and answer questions, surrounding women's health and wellness. (And identify any misconceptions to help empower women's mental health). Learn a new mindfulness technique that focuses on better strategies to manage stress and anxiety for Women's mental health.
