Improve joint range of movement, strength, and balance—and relax! Learn safe moves & breathing exercises to reduce stress and mental anxiety.

Our instructor is Michelle Pena, whom some of you may know from other fitness classes around town!

The library chairs are hard! You may want to bring a folded blanket or pillow to add comfort.
