Kansas City Digital Media Lab or KCDML is an initiative of the Kansas City Public Library. It functions out of the Southeast Branch (6242 Swope Parkway), and is open to youth ages 12-18.
KCDML is a hands-on learning environment that uses storytelling, robotics, digital media production, and other maker activities to engage Kansas City youth.
KCDML is now open!

Hours of Operation:
Monday-Thursday 2:30 p.m.-6:00 p.m.
Saturday 11:00 a.m.-2:00 p.m.
Come to one of our mini workshops every Tuesday and Thursday 4:00 p.m.-5:00 p.m. to learn more about the space!

Are you ready for change? HIIT is designed to help participants achieve superior fat loss while maintaining muscle. This class alternates between short periods of cardio exercises with less intense recovery periods. You will improve your athletic capacity and condition, glucose metabolism and fat burning. Please bring your own hand weights.

Attain better posture, increase flexibility in the lower back and improve digestion. Classes will begin with a dynamic stretching warm up.
