Don't worry about the weather. Come walk a mile in the comfort of air conditioning. Participants will follow a walking routine that is modeled after the Leslie Sansone walking DVDs. This class is a gentle paced 2mile beginner walk program. Participants will increase their heart rate with low impact moves no matter what the weather is like outside.
