KC Memory Cafe is for people living with memory loss and their care partners.

For our November Cafe, we are having a barnyard bonanza! Meet some friendly farm animals, live at the library! Pet some ponies, befriend some goats, and share your stories. Refreshments provided.

*This month's Cafe is on a special date due to Thanksgiving. Our regular schedule is the third Tuesday of every month.

We will learn 8 simple exercises designed to improve daily living. These moves will build strength, improve your balance, and your health. Everyone starts at a level that’s right for them! Adults over 55 are encouraged to join. Every Monday and Wednesday!

This 12-week course meets every Wednesday night from 6 – 8 p.m. at the Central Library. It is designed to help develop the language skills necessary to pass the USCIS naturalization test. Students will be taught the vocabulary, grammar, and pronunciation found on the N-400 form and the 100 civics questions. The next round of English for Citizenship begins on August 29th.
