Commemorating National Library Week (April 7-13), the Library this month screens a series of films in which books are major plot elements. Wrapping up: Emma Stone, Viola Davis, and Oscar-winning Octavia Spencer in the story of an aspiring writer in 1960s Mississippi who’s writing a book from the African American maids’ point of view about the white families for which they work. (Rated PG-13)
