Under general supervision of the Delivery Services Supervisor, provides all mail services as well as handling document delivery requests. Duties include: receiving and processing patron requests for photocopies of print, electronic and microfilmed materials; handles all mail receiving and shipping processes; labels and physically processes journals and magazines for the Central Library. Orders all supplies related to mail as well as office supplies for the delivery services team.

Under general supervision of the Delivery Services Supervisor, this person is responsible for pulling on-shelf holds, trapping holds, discharging returned materials, receiving incoming materials, shelving materials, maintaining appearance of shelves, assisting in managing Self-Service Holds area, assisting in managing missing and in-transit lists, and assisting with Library shelving projects. Using a curriculum supplied by the Library, the EFC instructor prepares for class; provides instruction; works with tutors; and ensures that the classroom is an open, welcoming, and inclusive space . Requirements include good classroom management skills, ability to work with students at different skill levels at once, and native-level proficiency in English.
