Harness the combined power of mindfulness and journaling for deeper self-understanding and healing. Each session combines a specific mindfulness technique with Expressive Writing, an evidence-based journaling process that can improve several areas of mental and physical resilience. No previous meditation or journaling experience required, and participants are welcome to write by hand, type, or use voice dictation software as needed.
