Mindful Journaling for Teens

Our Trails West library teen group planned this activity to help you create positive methods to handle stress. At Mindful Journaling for Teens, we'll guide you through making your own journal and work as a group to draw, write and respond to prompts that will offer alternate strategies for dealing with those stressful times at school, home or work.
