Technology Questions?

The Library’s Tech Coach volunteers are available at multiple library branches. We provide guidance through one-on-one assistance via weekly drop in sessions, learning circles or classes as scheduled.

Tech Coaches use and other digital resources provided by the Kansas City Public Library to build an individual learning plan that helps you reach your goals or complete your project. Take our assessment now to help us start building your learning plan.

Tech Coaches can also meet you at your Library branch for a one-on-one appointment. Fill out this form to request an appointment or call 816.701.3606 or e-mail
