Join Christine Shuck, writer, artist, community educator, and owner of the Deadly Nightshade Farm, as she demonstrates how to make five different herb-infused butters that are easy to prepare and use as toppings, in baking applications, and even for the grill. Learn about the fresh herbs that you can grow, harvest, and use to accentuate your cooking in new and unique ways.
Several infused butters will be served, along with preparation suggestions and recipes in the participant handout. This class is one hour in length.
Admission is FREE.
