The four-day HEAR Now Festival turns to the LitRPG/GameLit genre – gamer fiction – late Saturday morning, when a group of writers and narrators present their favorite tales in The Stories They Tell. Among the participants: Kansas City native Jeff Hays, one of the genre’s most prolific narrators and founder of YouTube’s Soundbooth Theater Live! channel; pioneering GameLit author Charles Dean; and Dakota Krout, author of the Amazon best-selling Divine Dungeon and Completionist Chronicles series.
